  • Abstract
As we all know push-to-talk service implemented in the cellular network has deeply enhanced the advantages of traditional Walkie-Talkie service without the limitation of distance. In order to enrich the multimedia network communication, we have tried to deploy the PoC service into the IMS service delivery platform (SDP). Related work we have done is to simulate PoC service in IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) platform in our computer environment by programming. In this paper we will firstly introduce the basic OMA PoC 2.0 architectures with its media control protocols and show some scenarios of its session flow. Then focus on our practical implement of the simulation that has been instantiated by using Java programming to show its capability and convenience. At last we will make some conclusions.
