Abstract
The paper devotes to the parameter-dependent stability and robustness analysis of quantization system with time-delay. The common aim of this note is to demonstrate that an unified study of quantization and delay effects in an uncertain system is possible by merging the quantized control law and a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. A new parameter-dependent stability criterion is derived in terms of LMI (linear matrix inequality) which can be easily solved. Moreover, a sufficient condition for the existence of a guaranteed cost controller for NCSs is also presented by a set of LMIs. A simulation result is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
