Abstract
The objective of this study is to evaluate whether specialization has an impact on the E-Learning of universities. We identified organizational management dimension as our research site. With access to the teachers and staff members of E-Learning program, we obtained both qualitative and quantitative data from five universities for our factor analysis to define which variables are important, the results will help scholars formulate future research.
