Abstract
Since programming courses are compulsory for major of software engineering in all colleges, that how to improve the teaching effect has always been the main concern of the teachers. In view of the problems which have long existed, this paper presents some reform methodology on teaching contents, teaching methods, teacher team reconstruction, practice procedure and evaluation measures with the purpose of enhancing studentspsila programming ability and help them with employment and further studies after graduation. Teaching practice show that the proposed measures is effective.
