  • Abstract
    Recently, domestic project construction seriously loses its credit. The generally downturn quality is mainly because contractors conspire with supervisors, using its information superiority, constructing without following the requests. This consequently bring injurious to the client and public interest. The essay analyzed the conspiring condition between supervisor and contractor during project construction process and problems existed in supervision with tripartite game model, then provided some solutions and recommendations.
