SIM card based e-cash applications in the mobile communication system using OTA and STK technology

In the coming era of e-commerce and m-commerce, the payment becomes one of concerns for both customers and vendors. Various of payment systems have been proposed for this manner. The electronic payment schemes, e-cheque and e-cash, are the most popular ways. The SIM cards for mobile handset provide the capacity of authentication, memorization, and development so as to be used for e-cash applications. In this paper, we implement the e-cash over The Air(OTA) and tool kit(STK) technology to establish the flows of including the function of e-remission, e-ATM, e-payment, and e-account-transferring.
