Abstract
This paper is to introduce the fuzzy clustering and fuzzy comprehensive judgment methods to establish the evaluation models for predicting the slagging tendency of some power plants in Hebei Province. Three nonconventional slagging indexes such as the non-dimensional diameter of tangential flow circle, the non-dimensional furnace temperature and excessive air, corresponding to the boiler aerodynamic field, furnace temperature and the slagging on the local climate condition, are combined with the four conventional indexes of coal properties to describe the slagging conditions for this models.
