Abstract
To make accurate appraisal of the competitiveness of construction enterprises, DEA model is adopted and extended. The integrated competitiveness and state of returns to scale were analyzed. The inefficient DMUs were diagnosed and optimized by changing the index and using projection analysis and the efficient DMUs were discriminated by super efficiency and sensitivity analysis. Then, forecast about the competitiveness was made based on the stability result the application proved that the proposed extended DEA model provided a mew idea and method for competitiveness evaluation and management of construction enterprises.
