Abstract
Most of the related research focuses on the macromanagement system (MAMS), but the micromanagement system (MIMS) is the core element of the clubs´ administration. With the related literatures and investigations, we analyzed the micromanagement system of Chinese professional football clubs. We found that the clubs´ organizational structure design around the teams´ match performance; some important responsibilities, as market exploring, public relationships, etc, are not concluded; the head-coachs´ rights are restricted by the club owner and the team leader; some posts´ rights are not equal with their status. According with the development level of Chinese professional football clubs, we give some related suggestions which may help the clubs to improve their MIMS.
