  • Abstract
    Aiming at the industrial product process constituted by multi-techniques and multi-branch, the best producing technics project is achieved by the judge method that is combined by colony unanimous rule with avail-maximizing rule among multi-branch. The block´s electricity-installing in shipbuilding is chosen to be optimized, by the sample, it avoids the optimizing of multifarious maths and the preferences in multi-phases. the method is effective to support multi-technics projects´ decision-making in the actual produce and management.
