Abstract
In line with the problem that "information island" has become affecting construction and development of e-government and e-commerce information, the authors in this paper, in accordance with the need of information resources automatic integration in the cooperative petition processing system, analyze the architecture and the applied characteristics of various data exchange models.Then in the design of internet-based remote data auto-renewing platform and intranet-based increment data auto-exchange platform, the authors take advantages of agent and web service technology and reasonably divide the work and the individual action of each agent so as to fulfill the task of data exchange by multi-agents together and to make the auto-integration process of information resources possess features of autonomy, coordination, easy location and correction when abnormal situation occurs. The platforms operation has proved implementation of the conception to be reliable and effective.
