  • Abstract
    Nonlinear microscopy using near-infrared femtosecond laser pulses has potential applications in imaging and manipulation of intracellular organelles. I present intracellular surgery, selective tracking, and FRAP analysis of organelles in living cells using femtosecond lasers.
