  • Abstract
By combining optical manipulation, fluorescence microscopy and microfluidic devices we have studied the response from different signaling pathways in single Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells upon environmental perturbations. GFP-tagged proteins in the signaling pathway of interest visualized the heterogenic response within a population.
