  • Abstract
Grey planning methods of urban rail transit have been established in valley-city. On the basis of the analysis of valley-city´s definition and characteristics, this paper has studied the network planning´s basic factors of urban rail transit in valley-city, then uses the entropy value method and Grey system theory to establish network planning methods of urban rail transit, finally studies the network planning scheme taking the typical valley-city Lanzhou as example. The example has confirmed that this method is practical and feasible, and it provides the theory support for the valley-city´s urban rail transit planning. The method can help the government management department choose the best rail transit network.
