After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article is based on the assessment index system of various transport modes´ sustainable development, designing a combined evaluation model integrated the Information entropy with the grey relation analysis. The model is applied in evaluating various transport modes´ sustainable development ability, according to which to establish a sustainable comprehensive transportation system composition model, providing the establishment of sustainable comprehensive transportation with a quantification guidance scheme. Thus achieve harmonious development between transportation and environment, energy, society, economy.
