    Rapid development of modern information science and technology and its ever-broad application bring about higher demand of foundational computer teaching. In this case, the article puts forward some positive advices in how to strengthen the reform of foundational computer teaching and enhance university students´ practical and innovative ability. Especially it aims at the reform in curriculum system including the curriculum content, teaching building, teaching means and teaching methods.
