After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the rapid development and popularity of computers and networks, the content of net-media increasingly becomes rich. Net-media is integrating into people´s lives and affecting the way of our life. The paper focuses on the vast impact that the net-media has brought to art-design education in China. In the environment of information age, art-design education in China should draw lessons from net-media, and should reform our old views about art-design education, which will fully mine the potential of art-design education, and improve people´s aesthetic ability to art.
