The paper analyzes the underlying causes of the underdeveloped application of educational technology in vocational education in China. It is a one-sided understanding and a simple application of the concept of educational technology. According to the interpretation of the concept of educational technology of AECT in 2004, a good application of educational technology must promote effective study, emphasize performance, must be proper, and a creative application of educational resources and technique. Based on this principle and using the practice education of the course Entrepreneurship in vocational schools as the carrier, the authors design a task-oriented project of the application of educational technology. It implements the concept of educational technology in the set of learning objectives, the analysis of study contents, the guide way for teachers, and the incentive of grading strategy development. It uses the results of the experiment to prove that the correct application of educational technology can facilitate deep learning and improve vocational education. The paper discusses the evaluation method of learning performance and makes an assessment.
