After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In recent years, national monitoring results of physical fitness of students show a general declining trend in physical function, physical fitness level of Chinese students, the decline in the level of cardiorespiratory endurance is most obvious. Through extra-curricular sport of basketball can enhance students´ cognitive level of science on human health and the level of understanding their own physical status and the law of development. Developing extra-curricular college basketball mode can stimulate students voluntarily participate in physical exercise, training students to form the behaviors and habits of pursuing life-long healthy lifestyle.
