After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Aimed at the talent-cultivation in the 21st century and the existing problems in university´s science and engineering teaching, this article is intended to present one particular advanced teaching philosophy -- the life- focused teaching method, which encourages to blend life focused teaching into University´s Science and Engineering education. Also, the tactics and methods about how to imbed the life- focused teaching into science instruction are discussed in detail in the article. And the concept of people-oriented is stressed in the life- focused teaching, which aims to train and produce creative students with a spirit of innovation and comprehensive qualities.
