  • Abstract
    Based on automation project of Daping ore-dressing plant in Yunnan province,the application of fuzzy control to the ore-giving system of grinding classification is introduced. The system uses scheme of combining fuzzy control with PID control. Fuzzy control of ore-giving setting value is realized by measuring mill current and adopting two-dimension fuzzy controller. Fuzzy control algorithm and control rule of ore-giving setting value is suggested. The flowchart of software design is given. The intelligent PID controller is designed to implement stable ore-giving. The result indicates the method avoids the problem of over-load and under-load, improves effect and stables parameters.
