Abstract
This paper is concerned with the robust stability problem of the neutral system with time-varying discrete delay and fractional norm-bounded uncertainties. Several asymptotic stability criteria are presented by employing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii method and utilizing some bounding inequalities to deal with the cross products between two vectors. The conditions are represented in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed method.
