  • Abstract
    Many enterprises considered logistics outsourcing as an important strategy. The logistics outsourcing should cut the cost, reduce the investment and make the enterprise concern on the core business. The demand for logistics outsourcing was scarce, and this became the obstacle for Chinese logistics industry. The theory of global value chain was the instrument for researching on manufacture outsourcing. In view of the difference between logistics outsourcing and manufacture outsourcing, the theory can not be put into the study of logistics outsourcing. In order to extend the logistics outsourcing, the paper presents the proposition of logistics outsourcing value chain, building the control method, driving mechanism. The logistics enterprise can achieve the promotion by improving service function, cooperate relationship in carrying on the logistics business.
