  • Abstract
Coal is an important fundamental resource. Coal logistics occupies an important position in the circulation domain of China. The construction of Virtual Trade Platform (VTP) for coal enterprises can share resources, accelerate the circulation speed of resources, reduce business costs, and improve business efficiency. By analyzing the characteristics of the coal logistics enterprises and traditional models, the authors in this paper proposed a model of VTP based on Design Pattern. In VTP, E-cert technologies were introduced to solve the problem of user authentication. In addition, a multiple attribute matching algorithm based on similology and real-time video conference technologies were also investigated to support VTP. The results indicate that the use of VTP in Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group Co., Ltd. is at a satisfactory level.
