Abstract
The first real-time, record-speed 41.25 Gb/s 8 QAM-OFDM receiver is demonstrated using FPGA-based DSP. Superior upstream WDM-OFDMA-PON performance with variable rate transmission is exhibited over 20 km SSMF and a 1:32 split.
