  • Abstract
    New dynamic serial memory and logic structures are presented. The structures are based on the merging of three different devices in a very small area and the use of bipolar, JFET and MOS transistors. These structures have significantly smaller area and faster speed of operation compared to the traditional dynamic circuitry. The new structures are compatible with BICMOS and CMOS technologies.
