Abstract
Teaching Practical Knowledge Accumulation Platform (TPKAP) has a great significance to both teachers´ teaching and growth. The teachers can share their practical knowledge by using individual blogs or Researching Teams which are contained in this platform. And it also establishes the room of teaching video case analysis, electronic documents of the best teaching resources, construction of teaching practical knowledge accumulation community, on-line collaborative lesson-preparation to manage the teaching practical knowledge.
