Abstract

State Council approved the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration as a resource-saving and environment-friendly society comprehensive reform pilot area. This paper analysis the situation of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration, and then give the solutions for the problems based on the objectives and requirements of the “resource-saving and environment-friendly society”. The paper gives some theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction in future.
