After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

At present, there is an increasing growth in Chinese enthusiasm for leisure consumption. Being a marketer, one should better understand changes in consumer concept, provide appropriate leisure products, and enact successful marketing. This paper describes the background characteristics and the status quo of the leisure industry, analyzes changing characteristics of consumers´ consumption concept, and forecasts trends in leisure industry resulting from changes in consumer concept.
