    The effects of heat source parameters on weld pool and the welding quality are systematically discussed in this paper. The coupled transient thermo-hydrodynamic-mechanical model built before has been modified with considering seepage model to describe the mushy region surrounding the weld pool, and the influence of the laser facular radius and effective depth on the shape of the free surface of weld pool, the velocity of the welding fluid, the temperature distribution, the stress of the weldment are discussed numerically in detail.
