  • Abstract
Using the Job Production as model to study the Workshop Scheduling, the mainly considered objectives are the assembly relationships of workpieces and the most optimal Makespan. First of all, according to the extracted product assembly sub-tree to obtain the weights of all workpieces, utilizing directed graph of job shop to ensure the constraint relations between various parts in processing. And then, it can through the rough scheduling to get all the possible process chains. Finally, by way of the detailed scheduling, it can quickly get the most optimal process chain. In the detailed scheduling, it mainly uses the WSPT rule, and the goals of primary consideration are the total weighted completion time and constraint relationships of workpieces between parent node and child nodes. After example analysis and exhaustive proof, it shows the Makespan under this scheduling model is the most optimal, and it has practical significance in the actual production.
