Abstract
Use the CRM theory and method of systems analysis to study the e-government model of public service, believed that public-centric e-government services can be build and supply effective services through Public-Private-Partnership model. Finally, discuss the attentions of this model and provide a workable solution for the government to improve their own efficiency and quality of service.
