This thesis mainly focus our research on a series of differential features of institution for scientific research as distinct from enterprise, besides, Academy-Oriented Resource Planning (AORP) system has distinguishing characteristic from enterprise. On the basis of summarizing the experiences of Academia Resource planning in the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS), AORP system is researched. in the development process of research institutes, with starting from the laws of scientific and technological innovation, institutes introduce modern enterprise management concepts and methods, by reference and reference concepts and ideas for enterprise resource planning (ERP), the establishment of AORP aims to improve the management level of our work and efficiency, and promote technological innovation and personnel training to maximize the benefits. the framework of AORP system is also discussed in this paper, which include functional modules such as project funding, project management, integrated financial, scientific research conditions, cooperation and communication, infrastructure, personnel salaries, comprehensive statistics, reimbursement online, correspondence, real-time communication and so on.
