Abstract
The traditional video broadcast system can not adapt to the variable terminals and heterogeneous network in modern times, this paper presents a video broadcast system solution based on scalable video coding. The presented system improves the shortages caused by variable terminals and heterogeneous network, and consequently, providing a better video service by adopting scalable video coding scheme.
