After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In order to solve cutting data evolution in cutting database, cultural algorithm is used in this paper. By building the manufacturing environment that influences the selection of cutting parameters, the definition of cutting data individual can solve the expression of cutting data in population space. The belief space made up by priori experience space and a posterior knowledge space is built, and its update regulation and evolution mode is given. Results show that cutting data evolution and optimization is unified and the prototype system is built which put forward a new mode on cutting database design. The cutting data evolution model can effectively solve the large-scale evolution and optimum of cutting data. By applying the model, cutting database can provide more provide more contented cutting parameters to users.
