Abstract
Since e-commerce always suffers from the uncertainty, cheats and attacks, concepts of trust and risk are introduced into e-business. Several models or frameworks to deal with uncertainty and threats have been proposed, but the system cannot adjust policies appropriately to the changing strategies by malicious attackers in time. Existing frameworks that contain game theory are not very applicable to the e-commerce. This paper presents a novel framework which considers trust and risk as two key dimensions and utilizes static game model with incomplete to obtain optimal solutions in e-commerce. The combination of game model, trust and risk can strengthen interactions in e-commerce. In addition, a new model of trust evaluation is proposed to represent the confidence in the peer. To appease people´s anxiety about loss, a model of risk assessment is also presented to indicate impacts on resources. At the end of this paper, simulation results also indicate that our framework is able to enhance interactions in e-commerce more powerfully, efficiently and rationally.
