Abstract
This paper designs switching rules for asymptotic stability of switched Hamiltonian systems with multiple equilibrium points. For the case that each subsystem has a unique equilibrium point and all equilibrium points are different from each other, we design a kind of switching rules under which the system is asymptotically stable with respect to a desirable equilibrium point. Study of an example and numerical simulations shows that the design method of switching rule for asymptotic stability of switched Hamiltonian systems with multiple equilibria is very effective.
