Using SMS and web technology in mobile government information services platform

With the fast development of communication technology based on Internet, the mobile phones become widely to be used in daily life. Short message plays the most important role in our daily life, mobile users can obtain information timely and conveniently via SMS. According to the characteristics and the practical needs of current government information services system, this paper first briefly introduced the SMS platform´s research background and the research present situation, the system structure of the short message platform, the primary functions of the mobile government information services platform and the key technology of its design and realization, in detail described the SMS technology and Ajax web technology, etc. the system design technology has a certain referent value for the design of such kind of short message services platform.
