Abstract
In this study, optically controlled electromagnetic wave scattering characteristics of a semiconductor-dielectric filled rectangular groove grating illuminated with the light at double its periodicity are analyzed using a mode-matching technique. Results show theoretically how the characteristics are controlled by varying the plasma density.
