Abstract
A three-dimensional model is firstly established for medium-size wind power generator bearings using such the FEA software as NX NASTRAN™, afterwards, the fatiguing analysis is specifically conducted based on united loads and boundary conditions, then, the fatiguing simulation numeral is acquired for the wind power generator bearings in the loading process, eventually, the simulation results are verified the proposed theoretical analysis and can guarantee the calculation precision, the use of titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) of this wind power generator bearings can be achieved using the required, the minimum fatigue life of bearings is 1.953 million times before it appear cracks.
