Abstract
HSQLDB is a succinct and fast open source java database and transaction strategy supporting high concurrency is a core strategy for database application, but currently there are fewer documents regarding research on HSQLDB concurrency. This paper performs massive SQL statements tests from three different ways. Combining with analysis of HSQLDB source codes, it also makes an analysis and comparison of some performance parameters in special environment to obtain HSQLDB performance bottleneck, which provides some support for reconstructing HSQLDB afterwards.
