Research on Campus Third-Party IT Outsourcing Managed Service Platform Operation: Taking UEB as an Example

With the rapid development of Information technology in the current society, the benefits of IT outsourcing managed services to an enterprise is self-evident. Division of labor based on specialization helps enterprise promote efficiency and reduce cost. Aiming to promote development, some enterprises outsource some non-core businesses. The existing of campus third-party IT service outsourcing platform sets up a win-win cooperation bridge among enterprise, campus, and student. Taking the operation of UEB campus virtual platform as an example, this paper expounds the feasibility and advantages of IT outsourcing managed service within higher education institutes. through analyzing the successful experience in operating UEB campus third-party IT outsourcing services platform, this paper provides valuable reference for further cooperation between higher education institutes and enterprises.
