Research on management capability of higher education teachers

By analyzing the change of environment of higher education China, the article draw a conclusion that managerial ability of teacher in higher education has become the key factor in the improvement of the quality of higher education. In this article, the author points out that management capability of teacher in higher education is comprised of planning, organizational, communicative, motivational, leadership and control capabilities, and proposes several measures to raise the standard of management capability of teacher in higher education: upgrading of teaching professionals´ theoretical and methodological knowledge, the intensification teachers´ practical experience in the various sub-capabilities, and the enhancement of competency evaluation systems.
