Abstract
This study examined the effect of trust on counterproductive work behavior(CWB) in organization by correlation analysis and SEM. Individuals´ trust in their coworkers and supervisors are negatively related to CWB directed at the coworkers and supervisors, whereas trust in supervisors and top managers have no significant relationship with CWB directed at the organization.
