Research on International Technology Trade Policy of Guangdong Province Based on Independent Innovation

Guangdong Province represents the economic development frontier in China, and its economic development is in the crucial phase to promote the independent innovation ability. There is the urgent need to promote the industrial structure, optimize international technology trade structure and enhance the competitive power of international technology trade. This paper conducts the preliminary study on optimizing the policy of international technology trade from the point of promoting the independent innovation ability.
