Abstract
e-commerce brings more market opportunities and higher efficiency to the enterprise, and save the transaction cost for the enterprise. At the same time the distribution channels in e-commerce have a conflict with the traditional. Based on the analysis of channels in the e-commerce and in the traditional, explained the reasons of the conflict, and puts forward the corresponding management strategy.
