Abstract
A matter-element model and correlation functions of running state is established in the paper based on the high-voltage circuit breaker operating state evaluation index and its diversity and ambiguity. Based on matter-element theory, a circuit breaker model which can run the state judge´s classic domain, node domain, and to be evaluated matter-element is established, and the use of a set of correlation functions of the calculation circuit breaker extension running parameters and status of the correlation between levels, from the size of the circuit breaker associated with degree of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the state is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively, and it is finally verified by examples the usefulness of this method. Studies have shown that the method can quickly and effectively identify the operational status of circuit breakers, hence it can provide a new way to identify the operational status of circuit breakers.
