Abstract
Customer assessment is very important for product innovation. In this study, the genetic algorithms and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used together to analyze the product assessment data. The evaluation made by undergraduates on Master Kong beef instant noodle was used as an example. The research shows that genetic algorithms-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is useful in the customer assessment. The results will be helpful for product innovation.
