Improved Pawlak Conflict System and Its Application in the Conflict Problems of Corporate Governance

The study of conflict analysis is very important both in the theory and real application. Pawlak put forward a conflict system based on rough set, but the system cannot describe accurately the attitude change of the insiders in an actual conflict. The paper presented an improved Pawlak conflict system according to the actual situation. A more reasonable conflict function has been selected as the conflict function of improved conflict system through analyzing the conflict functions in Pawlak model, thus a method of establishing union is given out. Finally, the improved conflict system was used to analyze the conflict problems in corporate governance and its legitimacy also has been verified.
