Abstract
Using principal component analysis, according to brief and feasible principle, a comprehensive index system of logistic development evaluation which has eighteen indexes is established. This system has three core logistic systems including transportation flow, commercial and trade flow, information flow and some subsidiary systems of social and economic development etc. In the past thirty years, logistic development in Xinjiang has achieved significant achievements. Especially after 1990s, logistic industry got rapid development. But the regional differences of logistic development among different part of Xinjiang became more and more great. logistic sdevelopment level of northern Xinjiang is higher than southern and eastern Xinjiang. Polarization of comprehensive scores is serious. Analyzing the spatial differentiation, there are different spatial performance in north and south Xinjiang.
